§ 01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atlas Wayfinder ("the Wayfinder", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Wayfinder.

§ 02 Eligibility

The Wayfinder is provided as a casual route catalog. You may use it if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, or with the consent of a parent or guardian. There is no registration requirement.

§ 03 Permitted Use

• Browse the catalog and play routes for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Share direct links to records on the Wayfinder with attribution back to the home page.
• Use the coordinate search to discover records by title.

§ 04 Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the route catalog or its servers.
• Do not use automated scrapers to harvest the index beyond what is reasonable for personal use.
• Do not redistribute routes as if they were your own work; preserve attributions.
• Do not bypass, remove or alter any rights notices embedded in the catalog.

§ 05 Intellectual Property

The catalog layout, compass motif, route numbers and descriptive text on the Wayfinder are owned by the cartographer team. Individual route files are hosted on our public CDN; underlying intellectual property remains with their respective owners.

§ 06 Third-Party Routes and Ads

Routes hosted on the Wayfinder are loaded as embedded content from our public CDN. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party ad networks shown inside the compass slots, but we try to keep these networks responsible and accountable.

§ 07 Disclaimer

The Wayfinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the catalog will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

§ 08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the cartographer team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Wayfinder.

§ 09 Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" stamp above. Continued use of the Wayfinder after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
